I'm not sure Rogers and Hammerstein constitute folk, but I expect you could find that in most books of popular musical songs.
Here, however is a rarer version that has been folk processed:

Dough, I use to buy my beer,
Ray, the guy that sells me beer,
Me, the guy I buy beer for,
Fah, a long way to the bar,
So, I think I'll have a beer,
La, la la la la la la
Tea? No thanks I'll have a beer,
And that's how I spend my dough
(repeat as necessary)
