Kindred in spirit, at least. Caroline and I once had lunch in Buck Snort, Tennessee, on our way to the Dulcimer Festival in Memphis. William Least Heat Moon told me he'd never heard of it. Imagine! Flush, Kansas, always seemed like a good idea to me, too. Whenever we travel we take along George Stewart's Dictionary of American Place Names. He also wrote Names on the Land. Good books, both!

Gordon Bok often praises West Overshoe, Maine, and I'm fond of East Apron Strings, Nebraska. Do you suppose we both are too shy for scatology?

Have fun with it, Rick.
