A five gallon bucket to which you affix a rod across the top through which you mount a tin can that can rotate freely to which you apply peanut butter. You provide a way for the mice to get within four inches of the can. They jump to the can, which rotates, and fall in the bucket. You extricate the mice and relocate them.

It is cheap, home made, and effective.
