if you want youtube vids, go to youtube then underneath the vid there is a facebook link. click that and it will automatically send it to your wall and stay in the links list. beware if you do too many at once it shows the first one and then says 3? similar posts so it is better to do them slowly!!!

hope this helps... someone said they could change the colour but i haven't worked out how to yet
