Congrats on your walk Liz!

Yesterday was a 4 mile walk,an hours yoga and an hours step aerobics. Today so far I have done a 3 mile round trip walk pushing double buggy and Harry on his buggy board. Tonight will be a 2 mile walk an hours body attack class and a 2 mile jog home.
