I have seen a couple of other songs with similar titles, but they were not the versions I was looking for. I like the Silly Wizard version of BLACKBIRD OF SWEET AVONDALE, because of the imagery in those particular lyrics and the poignancy of the thoughts...could have been written by Katherine O'Shea herself. Does anyone know who wrote them?
