I had a book called 365 Starry Nights. Lots of historical, mythological and scientific information as well as diagrams of constellations. It was recommended by astronomy professor to supplement my book collection as a primary school teacher.

Just wonderful.

BTW TheSilentOne took a degree in astronomy from University College London, way back in the day.

Must make mental note to get away from fire and look at sky for a while as Mick recommends. Would do that in Scotland next 2 weeks, but the sky will be too light to see anything.
