I have no ancestral claim to anything Scottish or Irish, but everything to do with either has drawn me like a magnet for as long as I can remember. My completely German father sang Too-Ra-Loo-Ra-Loo-Ra to me at night, and when my German, English and French mother had a chance to go somewhere overseas...she picked the Green Isles. I finally got to see part of Ireland myself (thought not enough of it) in '96, but I haven't been to Scotland, yet. That's my next trip, when I have some money. I'm glad that Scotland and Ireland are there for me to fantacize about, and personally, I LOVE the accents of both places. Could sit and listen to you guys talk for the rest of my life.
