Matter of fact, I DO like most of his movies. Absolutely LOVE some of them. I still find the character of the little whiny Schlemiel he usually plays annoying...but also very amusing at the same time. When I say I just want to SMACK! him, I'm saying it with a grin on my face.

Alan Alda has played some spectacular sleaze-balls lately, by the way, and he did so in one or two of Woody Allen's movies...plus the DeCaprio one about Howard Hughes. I have never realized just how creepy Alan Alda can be till I saw those films. He just oozes dishonesty and moral corruption when he plays those parts. It must be a hoot for an actor to get a role like that. I bet they love it.
