I got one in November and had problems with it, trying it on several computers. I exchanged it and got the same result. They would not allow me to return it and were very nasty at their "help" line.
Once they run out of new subscribers due to saturating the market, they will either have to change their pricing structure or go out of business.
I find it very interesting that it is impossible to get into direct touch with the company to state a complaint.
There are complaint sites on line about problems similar to and worse than mine.
