I wasn't laughing.... I was just wondering how to express graphically the idea that global warming climate change would make a serious impact on certain countries & areas.

   We still have folks over in that other thread making seemingly serious remarks about how it's been a cool Summer so far in THEIR area. I couldn't find a picture of a polar bear stranded on an ice floe....so...
