Be of brave heart, friends. Driving is no problem once you get used to it. Takes 3 or 4 months but it's easy. Just watch out for right turns (seriously). They're odd but the rest is like driving on a one-way street in real countries.

Then one day you'll come down here to St. Thomas which has been USian for many, may decades, was never British, but they drive on the left. Tiny, hilly, twisty roads. Reminds of of Scottish (I can never remember which one gets one & which two t's) highlands. No one on the island knows why they drive on the left.

You'll enjoy Hingalend. It's only a small place & if you get lost, just keep driving - you'll sooner or later get to water. Just follow that around to the place you want. The natives are generally friendly and many sing quaint native songs. The water's quite safe to drink, no need to worry about it. But I'd strictly avoid the food. Look for the Scottish quality restaurants called "MacDonalds."
