Nightmare
I will have to cook all the meats Saturday morning.and Marinate ,Spice and whatever else Friday night. Indeed buy the meats from Green St Green Family Butchers on the Friday Morn Every thing will have to be a half a day early which is fine.
The nightmare is if I do not I will miss the Saturday afternoon Piss up down the Tally Ho.

Oh No No No I cant have that If I start cooking 10.00 Saturday Morn, Four hour cooking time for each dish Then the whole lot will be done by 13.15. They can all sit and have a rest awhile Im down the pub and when I get back at 17.00 slow warm up.
I think I will hit the Bakers for some Yummy bread the idea of cooking bread after the pub is a silly idea.
