I don't know about the health insurance thing in Texas. Busch's record has been so distorted by the press I don't know what to believe. I do know that the Governor of Texas, regardless of which party is in the governor's seat, has little power. I'd be inclined, without knowing more, that it was the Texas legislature one should point the finger at when legislation we are interested in fails to be passed.
