We didn't need Mudcat at the time, because Johns Hopkins cardiology made sure my wife knew that grapefruit juice was not safe after her heart transplant. It altered the absorption rate of her anti-rejection drug....but if you read Mudcat regularly, you learn many, many useful things.....everything except what 'folk' is.
