Patrish, this is one of the best places to post these kinds of things. I did it and it helped tremendously. Small advice - do the makework, it will give you something to concentrate your but-I-don't-FEEL-like-it onto, which will make the rest of the universe suddenly better by comparison.
I also have a card on my office wall - it has a small child at the foot of a large set of steps, leaning way over and resting its forehead on the second step.
