..on the other hand..

couples we've known with identical interests and tastes can appear
to be just a bit creepy..

..even downright sinister when they also show up in public
dressed in identical fashion..


Theres definitely something to be said for 'opposites attract'
and the positive effects of dynamic contrasts
broadening the cultural 'gene pool'..

I do appreciate having a virtually separate social life from my mrs
and the free space to develope my own interests
for a few hours every week..

We then make the most of things we do enjoy doing together....
