Well, I'm in the UK right now but most of this could be done on line and I generally can find some time. If no-one else can do it I'll volunteer to get things organised.

I've also got the advantage that, if any UK 'Catters want in on this, I can collect sterling as well as dollars, especially if the money can be got to me before I head back home on August 18th.

I trust that the matter of a scholarship can be handled separately by the FSGW people?
