Dorothy......Thanks for the sites but let me help your computer skills a bit. Its easy to make your linked site a "HOT LINK".....commonly called on Mudcat, a "BLUE CLICKY."

Look down below the posting box and you'll see a phrase that says, "Make a link".......Click on it and THIS PAGE
will come up. Just as you copy and pasted the link into your post, NOW do it instead where it says "LINK URL".........Then, if you want your link to have some words like "Holistic Interaction Site" or whatever, put that in the box that says "Link Text(optional".....Next, click on "Create Link"......and it will!

You'll get a different page with an instruction to "Cut and paste this into your post".....Do so. You'll also notice that below the link you are to copy is a way to test to be sure its okay.

When you post, your new link will look like this......Holistic Link, aka Whatever---hahahahaha

Try if....Its easy and people will tend to read hot links whereas most won't bother withhout them. Course, some people don't read anything including the other posts on the thread they're posting to.....................
