Mark, I appreciate this more than you know. My son is at the Navy base there. Since I work for Red Cross, all I ever get are the worst-case scenarios as preparedness activities mount in advance, in case there IS a disaster. (I don't know how many of you know this, but Red Cross gears up within a wide area way ahead of time, so that people and materials are in place ahead of time, whenever possible. Lots of mobilizing.)~Susan
