Late to the party, as usual--my wife's non-profit was in the County office building across the street from this Dunkin' Donuts, and I've had coffee, donuts, and even sandwiches from there, many times. However, there is a good Italian bakery behind the shop and several doors down, as well as an Indonesian bakery across Georgia Avenue. There are many little ethnic restaurants within a stones through, and, of course, Chuck Levin's is right around the corner as well, and, as BillD knows full well, only a short walk from the Royal Mile Pub, which is frequented by Mudcatters and their fellow travellers, and where one can be served haggis.
