If I got my hands on this banjo I'd be tempted to start with a new ebony fretboard. But I suppose the old one might not be warped or too badly damaged.

The diamond-shaped mother-of-pearl inlays would be relatively easy to transfer but you'd want help from an expert on the first one. Ebony is really brittle.

Replacing the peghead inlays would be more of a job for an expert.
