I haven't lived in the city for eight years now, so I haven't heard ice cream trucks. I used to had the sound of those distroted, stretched cassettes playing the same thing over and over again. I've always thought an ice cream truck should have a happy sound, and shouldn't be so aggravating.
I'm glad to see the report from Dave Roberts that ice cream trucks have turned to digital sound.
