Alison, the tune you posted is nearly the same as The one Jon W posted - there are only some slight (IMO) differences, mainly in the 2nd part. (Probably to make it more singable.)

Mark, the tune itself is in the public domain. Now, pray tell, what's a "linguorhythmatist?" Is linguorhythm related to diddling or mouth music?
