Look, if one is attempting to provoke the bull to charge, as it were, one must wave the cape most vigorously. The bull may be feeling a bit lazy on hot sunny days and loath to react. Besides, the old "Cheech Wizard" gag is a long-running in-joke with Spaw and me (alongside Weimaraners, wiener dogs, Winona Ryder, Commander Tom of "Space Oddity" fame, the Crazy Horse monument, Singing Bigmouth Billy Bass, and other bizarre trivia of that sort. He loves that despicable "Hat" for some reason that I can't fathom.
