I have no argument with you there, IrishEnglish. By all means, yes, it is necessary to take preventative action against people who steal identities...here or elsewhere.

I don't know if I'd see people who do that as "enemies" exactly. It's maybe not the specific word I'd choose. I'd see them as troublesome individuals who are definitely creating a problem here...one that needs to be solved (as best it can be).

"Enemies" are an expense I don't really want to be burdened with in this life. ;-) But existing problems do need to be solved.
