Mr Hopkins, who was a partner, seems to have dropped out of the E-Mail list, but the rest are current.

What fees, I can't help wondering, might be charged to Facebook if some person or persons, incensed at the foot dragging attitude exhibited by Facebook, should decide to contact their lawyers en masse, demanding a rapid response.

Responding to letters, and passing on the message would IMO constitute legal service to the client, and I would bet that Orrick don't work for peanuts.
