New report... they sold "over 70k" tickets... but they estimate the crowd at over 100k as a lot of private land overlooks the concert site.

A buddy of mine made nearly $15k selling camping space, lawn chair rentals to see the concert, booze, water, hot dogs, ice and whatever on his property above the site. I asked about the booze and cops??? He said, "We are trapped in our homes during these concerts and the pOlice are busy with many other things... we deserve the compensation.

He was very kind. Charged the same price for a beer as they did at the concert. Lucky bugger!
