Doug, the outbursts that you cite are organized by insurance companies and ancillary political supporters. They are not really grass roots by any means. This is a Republican tactic that was taken from the protests during Vietnam although the proponents of the Vietnam war were not shouted down so that they couldn't be heard. They were promptly arrested as these current protesters should be.
This is no longer a free country. Free speech is being stifled by a handful of bullying tactics by Republican operatives. There is no debate on health care but partisan jockeying through yelling and it can lead to violence.
This is not the America that I believe in. This is the absence of free speech (more like crying fire in a crowded theater).
