There are still music threads - silver threads among the crap or whatever - and at least half the BS threads aren't too bad. Just treat the others with the contempt they deserve, and rely on the rest of us to have the gumption to winnow the wheat from the chaff.
I have to confess, however, that I find myself feeling increasingly left out because I HAVEN'T been flamed; I mean, what's wrong with me? Moonchild, you, the list goes ever on; almost everyone else here just has to draw breath and some sad wanker begrudges them the oxygen they're taking in.
Listen, what does a chap have to say here to get some serious insultments? Or is it that to have some sad sod pick on you, you have to be demonstrably female and therefore fair game to the arseholes (who probably wouldn't have the bottle to return a bagel if it was crawling with weevils)? So, maybe it's time I fessed up: I'm a 30-something woman with deeply-felt convictions, commonly-held doubts about my past life and a willingness to empathise with others. I've also got a 38DD chest, my father owns a brewery and I understand the offside trap.

Sorry, end of rant (yet again), but it IS beginning to piss me off how so many "Guests" are posting crap aimed at people I actually like for no particular reason other than to make a rather pathetic noise. Is there some form of cyber-Tourette's Syndrome operating here?
