Hmmm... did one yesterday, which went up fine. But I never do it from a webcam. I always create a .mov file (using iMovie) and drop that in. Most of my .mov files are around 40Mb in length and last about 3 minutes or so - never had a problem yet. I shall test out the webcam way and see what happens...
