Dunno about the highest pub in Ireland, but I've drunk in what I preume must have been the most westerly pub in Ireland, and logically the most westerly pub in Europe. It was over forty years ago, so I can't remember much about it, but we were camped on the cliffs just opposite the Great Blasket and the pub was within walking distance. So it must have been in Ballyickeen.
