Bernard, where are you based? Shipping a DC300A is going to be a bad idea - they weigh about 50kg each, as I recall! I did not know they were 2 Ohm stable. Can one bridge them to provide 1k into 4? I should not really buy any more amps, but I am currently using an Audiohead (cheap, Chinese, and very heavy) and it is not supposed to be run into 4 bridged, but is rated at 3k into 8 bridged, and running it bridged into a pair of Kilomax 18s in parallel gives me 4, and a tendency to knock even the bulletproof kilomaxes off their endstops.
