Bobertz.......I'm not a doc obviously but this CAT bit makes no sense unless you're telling him something else. Ulcers, ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, are all possibilities as is cancer. In any case, there are many other tests to be run that will show up these problems. Personally, I have all of the above except cancer and was hospitalized 3 weeks for bleeding ulcers (3) back in 2005.

Try a different doc.
