H InObuMy thoughts exactly. I have done some Sean NOs, but want to do more...
I play the bodhran, whistle etc, and when in sessions there are sometimes more than me on the bodhran, to be able to get up and confidently be able to do some sean nos dancing would be great. Now, I do try once I have had a few, but usually in a dark corner somewhere.
So there we go, I would love to be able to learn more. I don't know whether I will be in Connemara, my holidays in Ireland (5this year so far) are always a bit spontaneous in their planning...
So I never really know where I am going to end up - have to visit people if you know what I mean (I wouldn't be forgiven if I didn't visit them)
Do you reckon you could find out from Trasa if there are any recordings of Sean NOs at all?
