I get it once in a while in my right hip & down the right leg. Most often happens if I lay on that side. Of course that's the side I prefer to sleep on. If I notice the discomfort, I slee on my back, with 2 pillows under my right knee. That's helped a lot. That & ibuprofen. Good luck.
