Absolutely right Kevin, and, as I supect you already know, I am not stupid enough to believe that it is a) desirable or b) POSSIBLE to elevate quality of life to that standard for all.
You know damn well that the higher achievers I was referring to are those who are sufficiently well off to manage (I hate the term, but so that YOU will understand, Lower Middle Class, maybe Middle Class).
But hey! why let common sense get in the way of enjoying a snide dig at anyone who suggests that New Labour don't have a f**king clue?
