I used to suffer many years ago until I realised that it was keeping my wallet in my back pocket that caused it. Not that there was too much money in it! The opposite, I used to keep all sorts of junk in it as well the the necessaries. I've moved it to other pockets and all soon became well... thankfully, because it was not pleasant.
