I did finally get a completed order from Disc Makers and it was satisfactory. They truly went out of their way to follow up with me after each effort, sent samples, kept working on the graphics when I found issues.

In retrospect, now that some time has gone by, I realize that the issues I kept pointing out were mostly minor. If the graphics I received at the end (from Disc Makers) were what I had received on my initial order (from the other company), I would have been a happy customer, although the two results were not identical. The variations along the way to that final product were frustrating to me, since I needed to reorder copies in a hurry. Now that it's done, I have to give Disc Makers credit for excellent customer service.
