We will be driving from Cheshire to N Yorkshire tomorrow, returning Sat 29th Aug. Does anyone know of any road works or Bank Holiday events that we should detour to avoid? One year there was an Air Show near Leeds and warnings of long delays. We would normally use the M62 the M1, A1m, A64 round York, A169 through Pickering.
