I think what you're seeking are indeed fake links from an outside source that are superimposed on pages that you're viewing. Do a scan of your computer with an up-to-date antivirus package, and you may find what's causing it.
Most likely, the cause is your computer interacting with an outside source, and not Mudcat. If you're seeing similar links on other sites, then it's most probable that they're coming from an outside source. We carry Google and Amazon ads, nothing else.
