Sam, thanks for offering the opportunity to share this list. I didn't see Peace posting the whole list, but it's all over the internet. In fact, if you right click on a link for the list and select 'save as', you can have your very own copy.

The problem with this stuff is that once it gets out, it's OUT. Sam's objection proves those who operate from the shadows, whether they're opportunistic GUESTS here or fascist terrorists elsewhere, don't much like the light.
