You are right John, Amir Rehman is clearly a very unhappy young man who like many others wakes up in the morning, looks in the mirror and wishes he were white. He perpetrates such crimes because he is twisted with bitterness, resentfulness and rage being totally ashamed of his lot in life. He will continue to inflict his misery on the indigenous population untill he kills someone and is then caged for life. Well no amount of counseling can help people like this so I think the best course of action is deportation to a country where they fit in. I have observed that most animals are happier and thrive in their natural environment so this animal would be much better off airlifted to the top of the Himalayas with no shoes and dropped there wearing a parachute from a great height if one is available.
