There's the 7 Stars Folk Song Club (a singers' club, I think) at Kennford, but that's up towards Exeter, between half an hour and hour away (depending on whether you're in Okehampton or Holsworthy). Ring Peter Cornelius 01392 210983 for more info. Or if you're in Okehampton, there's a session at the Crooked Spire, Ermington, nr. Ivybridge, about an hour away - contact 07990 863135 - don't know anything about that one though. Those are gleaned from the Devon folk mag. Hope you can find something.
