Well, I swan.

I can't figure out how to remove Mozilla Firefox. It claims that Firefox is OPEN, and it can't remove it until it is CLOSED. So I went through the normal procedure using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.

No change.

Sot then I went to Start/Run/Programs/Remove by name.

No change.

Any further ideas?
