Richard drown it in red wine once thawed one can always thicken the wine with flour and paste it with red wine paste and peppers prior to cooking it.

One has to be extremely careful with your Harissa paste indeed a bit like working with explosives. but its a nice paste and it mellows after a couple of hours I mean minutes. this is your baby really and it was lovely last time . You added Apricots last time.
this time maybe, beaten lemons and limes maybe in with the lamb and a bit of Mint. Apricots too.         I will have most herbs at knockholt both straight out the garden and also my own dried herbs and my herb shelf indoors.
