I am happy to bring chick peas and lentils. Are red lentils OK Richard? They thicken brilliantly and I have a stock in my cupboard as I use them all the time. Would tinned chick peas be OK? They need no prior preparation. If not, I can get some dried ones and do the necessary before I get there. Little Apprentice and I will be there on Friday evening. We are trying to persuade Maria by the sea to come as well. Puddings are all in preparation as well.
