It's a shame because some of the medical care people need is for very simple things that people without too much education could be moved into...home health assistants etc. People need to be fed and cleaned and taken out in the sun and for walks etc. The actual medical treatment is fairly minimal...we need some sort of movement from unemployment to being medical home health assistants etc....and that needs to be part of both economic and health care reform..as does some sort of basic shelter system that is clean and safe for people with no where to go..and believe me ..when our first major epidemic hits we will wish we had some place like that...mg
