Ahh... but a concrete structure, once inside a good conflagration is seriously weakened, as is a brick and mortar one. Often to the state of being structurally condemned as prone to fall in the wind...

You MAKE cement by heating, driving the CO2 out of the chemical that it sets to when wet and used as mortar... :-)
