This story is being revealed that Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was kidnapped
18 years ago has been kept captive in the back yard of a registered sex offender. He fathered two children with her.

Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was 11 when she was taken from a school bus stop in 1991, has been reuinited with her mother and step father.

She and her two children lived in the back yard of the home where Phillip and Nancy Garrido lived. The children, ages 11 and 15 had never been to school or seen a doctor.
